You are legally responsible for the Content you submit to the Service. We may use automated systems that analyze your Content to help detect infringement and abuse, including spam and malware.
Removal of Content By yagnena kalpatha
If we reasonably believe that any of your Content (1) is in breach of this Agreement or (2) may cause harm to yagnena kalpatha, our users, or third parties, we reserve the right to remove or take down that Content in accordance with applicable law. Never put minors in harmful situations that may lead to injury, including dangerous stunts, challenges, dares, or pranks. Dangerous acts include, but are not limited to, any act in the categories listed under Extremely Dangerous challenges, such as asphyxiation or electrocution.
Content that targets young minors and families with age-inappropriate themes within an educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic context may receive an exception. This is not a pass to target young minors and families with mature themes intended to shock young audiences.
Family friendly cartoons that target young minors and contain adult or age-inappropriate themes such as violence, sex, death, drugs, and more. We don’t allow content labeled as suitable for kids in the video's title, description, tags, or in the audience selection if it contains age-inappropriate themes.
Content that contains infliction of physical, sexual, or emotional abuse of a child within an educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic context and with blurring may receive an exception.
Make sure your titles, descriptions, and tags match the audience you're targeting. In addition, ensure your audience selection accurately represents the audience your content is suitable for. You can also age restrict your content upon upload if it’s intended for mature audiences.
Cyberbullying and harassment involving minors: Content that:
Intends to shame, deceive or insult a minor, Reveals personal information like email addresses or bank account numbers, Contains sexualization, Encourages others to bully or harass.
Don't post content on yagnena kalpatha if it aims to directly sell, link to, or facilitate access to any of the regulated goods and services listed below. Making the sale of these items or facilitating the use of these services possible by posting links, email, phone number or other means to contact a seller directly is not allowed.
Nudity and sexual content policy
Explicit content meant to be sexually gratifying is not allowed on yagnena kalpatha. Posting pornography may result in content removal or channel termination. Videos containing fetish content will be removed or age-restricted. In most cases, violent, graphic, or humiliating fetishes are not allowed on yagnena kalpatha.
The depiction of clothed or unclothed genitals, breasts, or buttocks that are meant for sexual gratification.

Suicide, self-harm, and eating disorders policy
At yagnena kalpatha, we take the health and well-being of all our creators and viewers seriously. Awareness and understanding of mental health is important and we support creators sharing their stories, such as posting content discussing their experiences with depression, self-harm, eating disorders, or other mental health issues.
Visuals of bodies of suicide victims unless blurred or covered so they are fully obscured.
Videos showing the lead-up to a suicide, or suicide attempts and suicide rescue footage without sufficient context.
Content showing participation in or instructions for suicide and self-harm challenges (e.g. Blue Whale or Momo challenges)
Suicide notes or letters without sufficient context.
Content that features weight-based bullying in the context of eating disorders.
Insults
We don’t allow content that targets someone with prolonged insults or slurs based on their physical traits or protected group status, like age, disability, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or race. We also don’t allow other harmful behaviors, like threats or doxxing. Keep in mind that we take a stricter approach on content that targets minors.
Harmful or Dangerous content

Extremely dangerous challenges: Challenges that pose an imminent risk of physical injury.
Dangerous or threatening pranks: Pranks that lead victims to fear imminent serious physical danger, or that create serious emotional distress in minors.
Harmful or dangerous acts: Acts performed by adults that have a risk of serious harm or death.
Minors participating in dangerous activities: Content that endangers the emotional and physical well-being of minors.
Extremely dangerous challenges
Asphyxiation: Any activity that prevents breathing or can lead to suffocation. Examples include:
Choking, drowning, or hanging games
Eating non-food items
Misuse of weapons: Using weapons, like guns or knives, without proper safety precautions or in a way that could cause physical harm. Examples include the "No Lackin'" challenge.
Ingesting harmful substances: Eating, consuming, or inserting non-food objects or chemicals that may cause illness or poisoning. Examples include detergent-eating challenges.

Nothing is changing about your rights in your content. You give us permission to show your username, profile picture and information about your actions (such as likes) or relationships (such as follows) next to or in connection with accounts, ads, offers and other sponsored content that you follow or engage with that are displayed on Yagnena Kalpatha. without any compensation to you. For example, we may show that you liked a sponsored post created by a brand that has paid us to display its ads on yagnena kalpatha. As with actions on other content and follows of other accounts, actions on sponsored content and follows of sponsored accounts can only be seen by people who have permission to see that content or follow. You agree that we can download and install updates to the Service on your device.
Additional Rights We Retain
If you select a username or similar identifier for your account, we may change it if we believe it is appropriate or necessary (for example, if it infringes someone's intellectual property or impersonates another user).
If you use content covered by intellectual property rights that we have and make available in our Service (for example, images, designs, videos, or sounds we provide that you add to content you create or share), we retain all rights to our content (but not yours).
You can only use our intellectual property and trademarks or similar marks as expressly permitted by our Brand Guidelines or with our prior written permission.
You must obtain written permission from us or under an open source license to modify, create derivative works of, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from us.

This includes Users’ Email ID, Mobile Number and Advertiser ID. However, it is noteworthy to mention that Yagnena Kalpatha collects Email ID and Mobile Number from You only in certain specific circumstances, it is not a mandatory requirement to use the app. Said circumstances are laid down as follows:
1. When You wish to comment on a post, You have to share Your Email ID. We take Email IDs only with Your permission. This is to moderate the comments section and ensure it is kept user-friendly for all our users reading the comments.
2. Advertiser ID of User is solely used for re-targeting purposes i.e for reacquiring the User from other advertising platforms.
3. All of our PII and non-PII data will be routed through our https://v1.yagnena kalpatha.co domain. It is our private domain. We could use the domain v1.yagnena kalpatha.co for our internal API calls.
4. This PII & Non-PII includes the users' Email ID, Mobile Number, Location and Advertiser ID. We will only collect these details with the user's permission, and they will not be disclosed to any third party.
We collect information to provide better services to all our users. When you’re signed in, we also collect information that we store with your Google Account, which we treat as personal information.
How does the Yagnena kalpatha use the collected information?
Yagnena Kalpatha may use Your personal information for the following purposes:
Your email address is used to identify You while logging into the App. Yagnena Kalpatha may use this information to control Your access to the App as well as use of the App, to communicate with the User, customize Your experience of using the App and and/or the content of any email newsletter or other material that Yagnena Kalpatha may send to the You from time to time and provide information that may be useful or interesting based on the content and personally identifiable information relating to You .
Your email address will be used to send user information, administrative information, changes in account settings and any changes to the App or updating User on new policies of Yagnena Kalpatha. Apart from this You will receive periodic emails that may relate to company news, related product or service information, etc. Email address may also be used for responding to any of the inquiries, questions, and/or any other requests made by You. If at any time You want to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, yagnena kalpatha has included detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
Yagnena Kalpatha may use the personal information provided by the User to prevent or take action against activities that are, or may be, in breach of the "Yagnena Kalpatha User Agreement", "Terms and Conditions" and any applicable laws.

Yagnena Kalpatha may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personally identifiable information regarding visitors and Users with Yagnena Kalpatha' business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
